THE LEADER’S JOURNEY is a targeted leadership development process for all staff, resulting in maturing servant leaders, who are better able to accomplish the mission of FCA, to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.

The long-term outcome is Transformation and Multiplication.

Staff must commit to attend all 4 in person sessions + all  3 Zoom sessions.
